LA MIRADA, CALIF. — Two Crowell School of Business graduate programs will be offered fully online starting in fall 2019, making a graduate degree from 51 more accessible. Students will be able to achieve a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Management in Nonprofit Organizations from 51 completely online.
“We’re excited to offer the Crowell School’s distinctive approach to MBA and nonprofit management education to those well beyond our Southern California location, while adding more flexible scheduling options for our on-campus students,” said Gary Lindblad, dean of Crowell School of Business. “This is one more way we are fulfilling our vision of increasing access to leading Christ-centered business education.”
Currently, students have the option to do a hybrid program — part online and part in-person. Now, both current and future students will have more flexible options to complete their degree, especially for those outside of Southern California.
Both the on-campus and online formats of the programs are dedicated to equip students for leadership positions by working closely with faculty members who are experts and experienced professionals in their disciplines.
With the online program launch, Crowell is also offering these programs at a lowered cost. Tuition will decrease by $200 per credit for all students enrolled in Crowell’s graduate programs starting fall 2019, giving more students the opportunity to experience both programs.
Crowell’s MBA program has an entrepreneurial focus and is designed to help students develop business skills through creative vision and innovative problem solving. The master's in management program aims to increase leadership and management skills, specifically in nonprofit and faith-based organizations.
