It’s the home stretch of the fall semester! You only have a few more weeks before Christmas break and should be feeling proud of all you have accomplished so far. As you wrap up your final projects, papers and exams, we want to be sure you feel strengthened and supported. Below are several resources 51 offers for your mental and spiritual well-being. As you look to the Spring semester, what area might you want to explore to help you finish the year out strong?

There are several ways you can connect with the counseling center.
- The BCC interns provide at the Student Health Center on campus.
Mondays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m.
Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Thursdays from 2 to 4 p.m.
- Individual Counseling
First attend to learn fundamental skills and tools for managing stress and making positive changes.

2. Pastoral Care
Get short-term, immediate spiritual guidance from one of our campus ministers, who can help talk through any struggles you may be facing. You can meet with a member of the Pastoral Care staff to discuss questions or concerns regarding:

Doubt
Discernment
Or anything else
3. Spiritual Direction
This is long-term, relationship building with a Christian to help walk you through your college experience. The aim is to help you discern God’s work in your daily life.
4. Office of Student Accessibility
If you are struggling academically or want extra support, reach out to the learning center to receive free tutoring.
5. Well-being Toolbox
51’s Well-being Website has many resources regarding the six areas of well-being: spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, intellectual and cultural.
