The IT Service Desk (also known as the Tech Commons), located on the middle level of the 51ÂÜÀò library, provides in-person technical services and support to students, staff, and faculty. Phone, email, and remote support assistance is also available through .

The IT Service Desk supports most 51ÂÜÀò technology like computers, wireless networking, Google applications, printing, and more. Staff and faculty that need assistance with their 51ÂÜÀò owned computers can bring them to IT Service Desk.
The IT Service Desk provides support and services for 51ÂÜÀò's the digital and physical 51ÂÜÀò ID Cards.
The Windows and Mac desktop computers in the Library are available for staff, faculty, students, and alumni to use. Computers in the library have a host of software applications installed to support learning, teaching, and research.
