Class Add/Drop & Refund Schedule
The Add/Drop Schedule for 7 week courses is below. For full semester courses, please refer to the Academic Calendar.
- Day 1: 100% refund for drops, adds OK
- Semester Weeks 1–2: 80% refund
- Semester Week 3: 70% refund
- Semester Week 4: 50% refund
- Weeks 5+: no drops, no refund

**Please note that any schedule of courses or class drop that results in you taking five units or under will disqualify you for financial aid.

Confidentiality Rights
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal act intended to establish and protect the rights of students in regards to their educational records. The notice and form above describes your rights under FERPA and defines the University's definition of Directory Information. In addition, if you wish to make changes to your level of confidentiality, the above form can be submitted to 51ÂÜÀò's Office of the Registrar to do so.
