Instructions for Online Payments via ACH

View instructions for paying housing charges online below. If you make a mistake with your online payment or forget your username, please let Graduate & Family Housing know.

Register to Pay Housing Charges Online

  1. Register for an account

    View instructions

    1. Visit the .
    2. Click Register from the top menu.
    3. Create a username and password, and enter your name, 51蹤獲 email address, and your apartment address.
  2. Register your bank account information

    View instructions

    1. Click My Account on the top menu.
    2. Click Payment Methods tab on the middle menu.
    3. Select Electronic Account (ACH) as a Payment Method from the dropdown and click Select.
    4. Pick the appropriate Account Type (Checking or Savings) from the dropdown that corresponds to your bank account.
    5. Enter your ABA Routing Number. You can obtain this from your banks online banking website, from a paper check, or by checking with your bank.Double check you entered it correctly.
    6. Enter your banks Account Number. Double check you entered it correctly.
    7. Enter your name exactly as on your banks records.
    8. Click Save Payment Method.
    9. This account will now be your default payment method in the future. You can add multiple accounts, if desired.
    10. Click Log Out from the top menu when youre finished using the system.

Instructions for Paying Housing Charges Online

Make sure you have already completed BOTH steps above to register an account with your bank account information before trying to pay.

  1. Login

    1. Visit the .
    2. Click Log In from the top menu, and login with your username and password.
  2. Select your Housing category

    1. Click Home from the top menu.
    2. Click on the icon for your Housing categoryFamily Housing for Family Housing apartments on Rosecrans Avenue or Grad Housing for unmarried Graduate student housing at the houses or Sigma.
    3. If you only need to pay a late fee or extra parking fees, select Other Charges.
  3. Select your apartment or room type

    1. Click on the icon for your apartment or room type
  4. Select the month you're paying for

    1. If you want to pay for multiple months simultaneously, change theQuantity to the number of months you want to pay. Otherwise, leave at 1 for just 1 month.
    2. Click the Pay This Charge button.
    3. Select the month that youre paying for.
    4. If youre paying after the 3rd day of the month, click Late Fee to add the $25 late fee to your payment.
    5. If you have an additional contracted parking space, pick the appropriate parking type to add the fee.
    6. Click Continue.
  5. Checkout

    1. In your Shopping Cart, double check that the amount is correct, and then click Make Payment.
    2. Enter your 51蹤獲 email address (if it isnt there already) and click Continue to Payment.
    3. Your default bank account payment method will be selected automatically. If you want to change it for another account, click Different Payment Method. Otherwise, click Continue.
    4. Make sure your payment information and billing address information are correct, and click Continue.
    5. Enter your 51蹤獲 Student ID number.
    6. Click Review Order for a final review of details before making your payment.
    7. If changes are needed, click the appropriate sections Edit button and edit the information before proceeding.
    8. If everything is correct, enter your user account password under Authorization Agreement for Electronic Payment (ACH DEBIT) and click Submit Order to finalize your payment.
    9. A confirmation screen will appear and you will receive a payment confirmation receipt at your 51蹤獲 email. address. The email receipt is your proof of payment. Your payment has NOT been completed until you see the confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.
    10. Click Log Out from the top menu if youre finished using the system.

Paying Only a Late Fee or Parking Fee

If you have already paid your monthly housing charges and if the Graduate & Family Housing Office instructs you to pay ONLY a late fee or a parking fee, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Other Charges category.
  2. Select the late fee or appropriate parking fee amount.
  3. Checkout through your shopping cart.

Paying a Different Amount

Your monthly housing charges must always be paid in full by 11:59pm on the 1st calendar day of the month.

If you need to pay a different amount than your full normal monthly housing charges (for example: pro-rated charges for late move-in or early move-out, remaining balances, non-standard amounts, or fines):

  1. Obtain permission from the Graduate & Family Housing Office by email. Well provide you a password to use.
  2. Select the Other Charges category.
  3. Checkout through your shopping cart.
  4. Select the Custom Amount payment type.
  5. Enter your payment amount.
  6. Enter the password provided by the Grad & Family Housing Office.
  7. Checkout through your shopping cart.

Changing Your Personal Information

If you ever need to change your email address, home address, password, or bank account information, go to My Account in the top menu. There you can use the Profile, Payment Methods, or Change Password tabs to make the necessary changes.

Reviewing your Payment History

To see your payment history, go to My Account on the top menu, and then select the Order History tab. Click on any order number to see details about that order, including your payment amount, date, and order number.
