Purchased by 51ÂÜÀò in 2015, the La Mirada Apartment Building is part of what is known as 'The Block,' a row of apartment buildings located a half-mile from the 51ÂÜÀò campus. La Mirada is designated for undergrad students who are 20 years or older by the first day of Fall classes. It is staffed by one graduate assistant.

The apartment features BBQs, outdoor seating, two laundry rooms and a pool. This is the furthest apartment from campus and provides students with a great experience in apartment-living that will surely come in handy after graduation.
