Dining

There are several options for on-campus dining. You can receive a 27% discount if you purchase food using Flex Dollars on your ID card. You can add Flex dollars to your personal account at a dining register or .

Mail Services

51蹤獲 Mail Services is located at the 51蹤獲 Store and exists to serve students and staff at 51蹤獲. You can purchase stamps or send personal packages via U.S. Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex.

Recreation & Fitness

51蹤獲 offers students, faculty and staff a wide variety of options when it comes to on-campus recreation. Access to the track, fitness center, pool and locker rooms are free with a valid 51蹤獲 ID card and open hours run through the weekend. Membership options are also available for alumni and spouses of current students, faculty and staff members.

Lactation Rooms

51蹤獲 has the following dedicated spaces for breastfeeding women.

  • Library: in the lower level of the library, a lactation pod is available. For access, download the Mamava App.
  • Myers Hall: on the second floor at the top of the back stairwell near office #209. For access to the room, please contact the benefits coordinator in HR.
  • Emerson: for access, please contact the administrative assistance for the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Health Center

While existing primarily to serve the student population, 51蹤獲's Health Center also provides service to faculty and staff in certain situations. If you need first aid while on campus, you may go to the Health Center, next to the Library, during daytime hours. In the evening, contact the 51蹤獲 switchboard in the event of a first aid need (dial "zero" unless it is an emergency, then dial 5111). If you do not have access to a campus phone, you can call (562) 903-6000. 

In the waiting room area of the Health Center, certain over-the-counter medications and supplies, such as aspirin, are available for the taking, in small quantities. In most years, flu shots are offered for a nominal fee during the autumn.

Chapel Services

You are encouraged to attend any of the Chapel services which are held for undergraduates or graduate students during the fall and spring semesters. You can view the chapel schedule on the Chapel website.

Conservatory of Music

The Conservatory of Music organizes countless concerts and events every year. Live theatre productions, chamber music concerts, faculty recitals these are just a few examples of how the Conservatory adds to the rich performing arts culture at 51蹤獲. Explore their lineup of events.

Athletics

51蹤獲 is a full member of the NCAA Division II. 51蹤獲 fields a number of mens and womens teams and you are invited to enjoy their games. Your 51蹤獲 ID card entitles you and any immediate family members to free admission to Volleyball and Basketball regular season games in Chase Gym. Outdoor games are free of charge to all spectators. Publications

In addition to departmental newsletters and journals, several campus-wide publications are available to you.

  • Campus-Wide News and Community News are email newsletters for faculty and staff sent during the week. Campus-Wide News is sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Community News is sent on Fridays. You can find all the content of these newsletters in.
  • has been 51蹤獲s student-run news publication for over 80 years. The mission of the Chimes is to serve the 51蹤獲 community by seeking truth and encouraging healthy discussion. You can find additional student publications on biola.edu/experience/student-life/student-publications.
  • 51蹤獲 Magazine is published twice per year by the Office of University Marketing at 51蹤獲. The purpose of 51蹤獲 Magazine is to inform, equip and inspire 51蹤獲 alumni and friends to impact the world for Jesus Christ carrying out 51蹤獲's mission.
