Application Process
- &²Ô²ú²õ±è;–&²Ô²ú²õ±è;Applications for the 2024–25 academic year are now open.
- Student application includes:
- Course selection form
- Short response essays
- Program specific forms (varies by program)
- In addition to the application, Study Abroad also checks the following:
- Account holds
- 51ÂÜÀò behavioral standing
- GPA
- Important information due to COVID-19
- All Active Programs are currently provisionally approved for Fall 2024, however 51ÂÜÀò’s leadership will continue to monitor COVID-19 domestically and abroad and has the right to suspend a program if health or safety concerns arise.

- Student application includes:
- Decision emails
- Students typically receive a decision email by the end of the month following the application deadline.
- Complete the 51ÂÜÀò Study Abroad Agreement found in your confirmation email by the provided deadline.
- Apply for scholarships.
- Attend all pre-departure events for your semester and program.
- Complete and submit the mandatory pre-departure materials on .
- Complete your Graduation Petition and submit a copy to 51ÂÜÀò Abroad
- Submit a copy of your travel plans to 51ÂÜÀò Abroad
- Submit a copy of the information page from your passport (international programs only)
