Program Overview
The Student Exchange Program with Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) offers students the opportunity to study in Indonesia, a country comprised of over 17,500 islands with a population of 238 million people. UPH is a private university situated in the exciting Lippo Village neighborhood populated with over 1.5 million people. Meet people from around the world and get a chance to experience South East Asia, enrich your knowledge, and experience an incredibly diverse and multicultural community.
Being a Christ-centered university, UPH teaches from a Biblical Christian worldview to produce God-fearing, competent, and professional future leaders while participating in student life and community service. The campus itself is consistent of several magnificent buildings surrounded by cozy neighborhoods, beautiful parks, and is especially known for its extensive greenery and state-of-the-art facilities. This program gives students the opportunity to participate in clubs, attend UPH's yearly leadership festival in the fall, and explore God's creation in the rich culture of Indonesia.
Students who apply to attend the program at UPH must complete a 51ÂÜÀò application for review by Study Abroad. This includes an interview as a part of the application. If the student is approved by 51ÂÜÀò Study Abroad, they are nominated to complete an application to UPH who determines final acceptance.
